I am a talent and workplace culture executive based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since graduating from Hanover College I have led contact centers and customer relationship teams at Golden Rule Insurance, Macmillan Publishing, Brightpoint and a few others.
From 2002 through 2013 I served patients, physicians and executives at St.Vincent Health. In 2008, I was promoted to System Director over physician relationship marketing, provider events and contact centers. St.Vincent Health is a member of the largest faith-based national health sponsor, Ascension Health and is the largest Catholic health system in Indiana. The 134 year-old system serves Indiana families with 22 hospitals, 16,000 associates and 3,000 physicians. Facilities include a quaternary medical complex, four regional health systems, eight critical access hospitals, seven specialty hospitals, and numerous joint venture partnerships and clinical affiliations. St.Vincent Health maintains a broad range of centers of excellence including cardiovascular, women’s and children’s, neuroscience, oncology orthopedics, and bariatrics.
Answering nearly 1 million calls annually, our contact centers worked with physicians and referring facilities as well as patients and consumers. St.Vincent ONECall Transfer contributed year-over-year increases in volumes and revenue and our 338-KIDS pediatric nurse advice line served parents and pediatric practices throughout Indiana.
Our physician marketing team was responsible growing market share and for building relationships with referring providers throughout Indiana. Our team also orchestrated and marketed over 20 annual events including Medical Staff Retreats, CMEs and Provider Relations Summits.
Most recently, my projects have provided strategic insight and insider knowledge to several Indiana companies as well as managed practice operations for one of the largest neurosurgical practices in the country.
